  Pure gold this experience. Perfect weather and an amazing drift over the Barossa Valley. Outstanding work from the team looking after us for the morning and a yummy breakfast afterwards. 6 stars not 5... just brilliant.

  Going back to our experience with the waiting after landing I think it would've been a grand gesture to give us the pictures for free because of the hassle, but that wasn't offered. Would've have given the 5th star in my opinion.

  Booked the hot air ballon ride and was cancelled last night, due to a fire ban. Was told it's a commen thing. Feel sorry for people who travel a long way to do this if it's not gaurenteed. When asked for a refund was told I would need to sort that out myself with redballoon, and fob'd off. Thanks for nothing! Won't be rebooking.

  To top it off we were offered to buy the pictures for 30$ which was in my opinion a bit over the top.

  I find that we're taken a bit a bit hostage here because we of course want the pictures and so we have to pay 30$ - pictures that doesn't cost anything to produce and it's pictures of us the customers (does it even say on the T&C that you keep pictures of us?).

  With that said we had some issues after landing where the pickup team weren't able to find us and we ended up waiting 2,5 hours for them to arrive.

  Edit: photos was quite bad. Some were very grainy and some were completely unfocused. A few were good. Got about 20 pictures I believe.
