  Amazing that this place is community owned. All the money goes back to the community. But waited in line for 40 minutes to order food. The food was good but very small sizes, particularly for the price. The salad and vegetables bar was good with some great choices.

  During our two night stay at the Vine Inn we found the accommodation up to standards and in a great location for exploring the Barossa. Within 10-15 minutes drive from most the wineries and attractions, and with a great new super market across the road with all the freshest and best produce from the Barossa area. Also, the bistro at the Vine Inn was very good, with both my wife and I enjoying our meals. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone want a great weekend escape and to explore the Barossa area.

  Overall a solid experience worthy of a Friday night feed(not so special I would go on a Saturday). Surprisingly a few vegetarian options which were excellent. Atmosphere was light,loud,no shortage of enthusiastic children and loud country talkers! The portions were only acceptable and prices at the high end of the scale. Would go back only if passing and convenient. Rgds CM

  Great place to stay. Motel rooms ground level and up stairs. Very clean updated rooms. Hotel rooms upstairs, no lift, rooms are large as well as the bathroom, all recently renovated. Food nice at both restaurants. Nice swimming pool surrounded by lawn - great in the summer months.
