I’ll start with the positives. The food at The Farm Eatery was divine. The location is beautiful. Coffee & ice cream following lunch at the farm shop was lovely. The staff at the shop were marvellous.

everything was very reasonably priced. The meals were generally in the $20s with some of the to share meat dishes in the $30s. The best part was the wine. Great wines and so cheap. $8-10 a glass!!!!!! Genuine 2010 prices!!!!!

It has become commercialised and is not as good as it used to be. Still was a good visit, just not what was expected... A cosy atmosphere for a nice picnic hamper and coffee by the lake. Instead the food is served in what used to be the function room and is fancy.

Why the two star review? The staff at The Farm Eatery were incredibly, disgustingly rude. I have never been made to feel as unwanted or as worthless as a customer at a venue in my life! The snob factor blew my mind. If you don’t mind being treated like a cockroach running in off the street, the food almost makes it worth it.

The restaurant was not too large either, which was nice.
